establish and operate the airport concerned is a partial clerical work association;
(4)Any agreement prescribed under Article 252-(2), paragraph 1 when the regional administrative organization which is to establish and administer the airport concerned will establish a council as prescribed under Article 252-(2) of the Local Self-Governing Law.
(Application for Permission to Perform Construction Work, etc.)
Article 3. A regional administrative organization shall, when obtaining permission under Article 8, paragraph 2, or Article 9, paragraph 2 of the Law, or when applying for a subsidy grant as prescribed under Article 8, paragraph 4 or Article 9, paragraph 3 of the Law, submit an application to the Minister of Transport by Attachment format No. 1.
2. The application prescribed in the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by the following documents:
(1)A copy of the budget established by the assembly for performance of the work concerned;
(2)The disposition plans, plans, longitudinal drawings, transverse drawings, structural drawings, and any other necessary drawings relating to the performance of the construction work at the facility;
(3)A copy of the conferment report on the conference concerned when administrators of other construction share any portion of the construction cost conferred upon under Article 12 of the Law.
(Format of the Disaster Report)
Article 4. The format of the disaster report prescribed under the Ministry of Transport Ordinances specified by Article 6 of the Airport Development Execution Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as “Order”) shall be as specified by Attachment Format No. 2.
(Approval for Performance of Distance of Disaster Restoration Work, etc.)
Article 5. Any regional administrative organization shall, when intending to obtain approval under Article 11, paragraph 2 of the Law, submit an application to the Minister of Transport in Attachment Format No. 3.
2. The application prescribed in the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by the documents prescribed under Article 3, paragraph 2, items 2 and 3.
3. The Minister of Transport shall, when authorization is granted under Article 11, paragraph 2 of the Law, promptly notify the regional administrative organization concerned to that effect.
